Government Contracts
The Fort Yuma Health Care Center was 76,000 sf of interior, exterior, and roof framing designed for Rammed Earth Construction. High STC rated walls and fire rated partitions with lead board for x-ray areas and a Level 5 finish throughout.
Custom Homes
This 3,000 sf custom one-story home consisted of 1 1/2" bullnose, kerf jambs, special architectural features and a light smooth mission finish.
Public Buildings
The Yuma County Main Library is 80,000 sf, two-story public library with interior framing with many architectural reveals and a smooth level 4 finish. The exterior required extensive framing for metal panels. Coordination with the General Contractor was essential for fire proofing the interior layout.
